Social reused immovable assets

The Agency is obliged, pursuant to art. 32 para. (3) of Law no. 318/2015, to publish on its website updated information on each immovable asset confiscated in criminal proceedings, by including its legal status, its location, pictures, the date when it was transferred to the State’s private ownership, as well as other relevant data. The information is provided by the General Directorate Special Cases Enforcement within the National Agency for Fiscal Administration (ANAF).
