Public reused immovable assets

In accordance with the provisions of EU Directive 42/2014 of the European Parliament and the EU Council on the freezing and confiscation of instrumentalities proceeds of crime in the European Union (transposed into national law by Law no. 318/2015) art. 35 of the Law provides that, at the Agency's proposal, the Ministry of Finance initiates a draft Government decision whereby confiscated immovable assets can be transferred for free to associations and foundations having their scope of activity in the social area and to specialized academies created under a special law.
